We are now looking for dedicated substitutes for a flexible part-time job at after-school programs around Gothenburg.

About the assignment

Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with, among others, the city of Gothenburg and surrounding municipalities to support them with dedicated substitutes for their municipal primary schools.

Your responsibilities

As a substitute, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences, often of an acute nature as well as shorter vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work at short notice, often the same morning. You will support teaching during lesson time and assist the school's after-school activities in the afternoon.

Your qualifications

• Completed high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children and young people in schools and/or are trained childcare workers.
• You should be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable being booked for shifts the same morning.

To fit the role of a substitute, you are a clear leader but also a good team player and a good role model. You also have a passionate commitment to working with children and young people.

If you have experience working with students in need of special support, it is an advantage.
