Comrin Law Firm is a specialist firm in real estate law. We work with companies, housing cooperatives, and individuals, offering legal assistance in areas such as contract law, tenancy law, property defects, planning and building law, as well as lease and environmental law.

As part of our operations, we also hold courses and training in real estate law.

We are now looking for an engaged and driven lawyer or associate attorney who wants to become part of our operations and develop together with us.

About the role

As a lawyer or associate attorney with us, you will play a central role in handling various issues within real estate law. The work includes drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal processes, and assisting clients in negotiations. Since we are a smaller firm, you will have the opportunity to work broadly and take significant responsibility from the start, while we support each other in a close and collaborative work environment.

Part of the role may involve holding courses in real estate law. We see it as an advantage if you have an interest in this.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a law degree with good grades.

• Is a lawyer or attorney with a few years of experience in relevant legal work.

• Has a strong interest in real estate law and related legal areas.

• Master the Swedish language at a very high level and can express yourself clearly and correctly in both speech and writing.

• Enjoy working in an environment where tasks are varied and where you have the opportunity to take significant personal responsibility.
