About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and strategic person who wants to take a key role in driving and developing our work with sustainability reporting. The role is a central part of our sustainability work and involves building and implementing processes to meet future requirements for sustainability and CSRD. As part of the finance team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues within the team and other departments to ensure that sustainability goals are integrated throughout the organization. The role reports directly to our CFO.

Your main responsibilities will include:-Develop and lead the work on sustainability reporting in line with CSRD requirements-Compile, record, and analyze sustainability data for reporting and follow-up-Ensure that sustainability goals are integrated into strategic and operational processes-Support various teams with expertise in ESG and sustainability

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in working with sustainability issues and a strong analytical ability. To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

- Experience in sustainability reporting and knowledge of CSRD requirements-Experience in analyzing and structuring data for reporting and follow-up-Post-secondary education in sustainability, environment, economics, or a similar field-Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and preferably experience with analysis tools like Power BI

It is, of course, advantageous if you have experience in driving projects related to ESG or sustainability. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and committed. You enjoy working independently and driving projects, while also being able to collaborate with different teams. Since we have employees from all over the world, it is important that you can communicate professionally in both Swedish and English.
