Student wanted for internal role as a personnel administrator at StudentConsulting

Are you a student interested in starting a career in the recruitment and staffing industry? Then we might have the position for you! We are now looking for a student who wants to work internally with us, assisting in staffing and recruitment. Your role as a personnel administrator will vary depending on the needs, and we prefer that you are flexible with tasks. You will be part of a staffing emergency service with on-call duty outside office hours and weekends, so it is important that you are also flexible with working hours.

To apply for the position, you must be a student at least 50% and we prefer that you are studying towards economics, personnel, behavioral science, marketing, or equivalent education at a university or college. We have a long-term need for the position and would like you to have a few years left of your studies and also consider a future in the staffing industry. The position will be filled as soon as the right candidate is found.

The working hours are flexible and can be scheduled between 08:00-17:00. The staffing emergency service works 17:00-08:00 approximately one day a week. You will work as needed, and the degree of employment will vary. However, we require that you can work an average of about 15 hours per week.

What we are looking for

The tasks mainly involve:

Assisting with administrative tasks related to staffing and recruitment work.
Examples of tasks include taking references, reviewing selections, conducting phone interviews, placing schedules, etc.
You will be part of our national staffing emergency service, which will be active in the evenings/nights and weekends, approximately once a week.
You should also be able to represent StudentConsulting at various labor market events, fairs, and the like.
