Description

The Swedish Migration Agency's security department is part of the head office and has the overall responsibility for security within the authority. We are now looking for an expert to join the office to work on operational planning, preparations, administration, investigations, and support for the security director and unit managers.

Main Responsibilities

As an operational expert, you will be involved in planning, coordination, analysis, and forecasting work. This includes developing action plans, writing opinions, managing preparations, and supporting the management in methodological and substantive issues. Collaboration, service, and communication internally and externally are important aspects of the role.

Personal Competencies

We are looking for someone who is a good representative of the Swedish Migration Agency and the security department. You should be strategic, meticulous, have good communication skills in Swedish and English, and be proficient in the Office package. Experience from staff or office operations is advantageous.

Requirements

Academic education in law, social sciences, or security, or other relevant education with experience.
Experience in analysis, method development, change management, and support for managers.
Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
Knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
Experience from staff or office operations.

Merits

Experience in investigative work, coordination, budget monitoring, and knowledge of the Swedish Migration Agency's operations are advantageous.
