About the Department You will be part of the PMO group consisting of 25 employees. You will work closely with project managers and receive a mentor for the best possible start.

Job Responsibilities In this role, you will work closely with project managers within the delivery project operations for Energy Industries, where we deliver electrical and automation solutions to customers in energy, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, nuclear power, and water production. The tasks include:

• Managing purchasing administration and deliveries
• Documentation and resource planning
• Planning activities related to projects
• Supporting with project documentation
• Building structures for documentation

We are looking for someone who has / can

• High school diploma, vocational training, or university degree with a focus on administration or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative tasks, preferably within manufacturing, delivery, or production planning.
• Experience with SAP, document management, planning tools, or similar systems (SAP is an advantage but not a requirement)
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form

For this position, a security clearance and background check may be required.

• Previous experience in project coordination
