Business Developer at FMV

Are you proactive, self-driven, and have experience in preparing cases, drafting reports, and decision-making documents? Are you solution-oriented and able to complete your commitments? Do you want to work with a wide range of qualified tasks aimed at contributing to making Sweden and the world safer? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

Responsibilities

As a business developer, you will support the departments and their units within M&I. The work includes compiling preparations and referrals, supporting the management of cases in the M&I functional mailbox, as well as developing and creating routines and guidelines.

You are also expected to participate in or coordinate working groups, both within FMV and with the Armed Forces, contribute to the development of commercial tools, and when necessary, provide preparatory support to the M&I management group by compiling information and, if applicable, conducting investigations.

The position is based in Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who

Has an academic degree with a focus on technology, economics, or political science, or has acquired equivalent competence in other ways that the employer deems relevant.

Furthermore, you need to have experience in case preparation, drafting reports and decision-making documents, as well as working with business development. The position requires good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of public procurement at a general level, government administration, and good skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint). It is also beneficial if you have experience working with procurement regulations and international operations from the EU or NATO.

As a person, you are proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented. You can structure and prioritize your work and have the ability to complete your commitments. You also have an easy time collaborating, are good at maintaining a holistic perspective, and can focus on the right things.
