About the position

Bäckenkirurgi 8 receives patients who are to undergo colorectal or gynecological surgery. The department works with nurses, nursing assistants, along with doctors and health professionals in close collaboration around our patients. We provide high-quality care to patients around the clock.

As a staffing assistant, you play a key role in our operations. You manage the daily staffing of nurses and nursing assistants, both short- and long-term. You work closely with the nursing managers in the department to whom you also report.

Much of your daily work takes place in Heroma where you, among other things, do schedule planning, register absences and replacements. You will also introduce and ensure that employees independently manage and work in our personnel management systems. In 2025, the implementation of the TESSA scheduling tool is planned, where you will be a central person in the introduction.

As a staffing assistant, you work daytime, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who
has previously worked as a staffing assistant or in a comparable position.
has good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, working time regulations, and an interest in working in various IT systems.
has a pronounced problem-solving mindset and is calm and stress-resistant, as you often need to prioritize among different tasks in the role of staffing assistant.
has good structuring and organizational skills and enjoys working independently.

Qualifications

Requirements:
Previous experience in staffing and scheduling.

Meritorious:
Experience in staffing planning within healthcare.
Good knowledge of Heroma, schedule planning, scheduling, laws and agreements related to employment, and healthy scheduling.
