We are looking for a team player who enjoys structure, order, numbers, and details with great accuracy and good knowledge in finance and accounting. You will be an important part of an engaged finance team.

Responsibilities
- Management of accounts payable and receivable
- Bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Invoicing and payment follow-up
- Assisting with quarterly and year-end closings and preparation of the Annual Report
- Various administrative tasks related to the finance function
Desired qualifications
- High school diploma in finance or equivalent
- 3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping
- Extensive experience working in Excel and accounting and finance systems
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Experience working with the Unit4 financial system
Personal qualities appreciated
- Detail-oriented, ambitious, and structured
- Proactive, flexible, unpretentious, and good communication skills.
- Enjoys working in a team, helpful towards colleagues, and contributes to good collaboration and a positive atmosphere.
This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period starting as soon as possible.
The position is located at ForumCiv's headquarters, Alsnögatan 7 in Stockholm. The position reports to the finance manager.

The Finance Unit is responsible for the organization's financial processes and ensures that good internal control is maintained. In our daily work, we focus on improving our processes and systems. We also provide support to the organization in our areas of expertise.
