Property Technician Wanted at CBRE

Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 200 employees work with technical property management and maintenance. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, with a focus on the whole.

The position includes, among other things:

• Being responsible for and being able to perform most technical tasks such as preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance
• Proposing improvements, changes, energy-saving measures, etc.
• Managing communication and feedback to clients
• Collaborating with other operational staff and specialists

Who are you?

You have:

• At least 3 years of experience in technical property management
• Education in property management or equivalent competence acquired through several years of experience
• Experience working independently in various types of properties

As a person, we would like you to be service-oriented, focused on the customer's best interests, and skilled at handling different types of people and situations that may arise in daily work. It is also an advantage if you are meticulous in your work and enjoy working methodically. We appreciate a technically interested person who likes to use technical solutions in their work.
