We are now looking for a project manager with previous experience in leading digitalization projects of HR processes for an assignment starting in February and lasting until the end of 2026.

About the assignment

The assignment is a consulting assignment via Bemannia starting from 25-02-01 to 25-12-31 with the possibility of extension. The assignment is 100% and you will be located at the unit's office in Stockholm. There will be an opportunity for remote work of about 50%.

The assignment will be versatile, where you will actively contribute to the unit's development in the digitalization of HR processes to create operational benefits. The primary focus is on process support for HR related to onboarding and offboarding.

As a project manager, you will work in HR closely with IT. You will report to the head of the HR Development and Business Support section. The project's steering group is the Digitalization Forum for Internal Efficiency, and the project group is under establishment. As a project manager, you will be responsible for establishing the project group and ensuring that the right resources are involved throughout the project.

Your tasks

You will collaborate with the IT department in the work of digitalization and the progress of various automation projects. The unit already has several newly started initiatives that they are driving together with IT's various product and capability management teams, which you will continue to lead. In addition to project management, the assignment will include:

  • Process and needs mapping.
    • Requirements specification, lifecycle management, and change management within the Traffic Authority's digitalization journey.

      Your qualifications

      • At least four (4) years of practical experience in the role of project manager for digitalization projects within the HR field.
      • At least three (3) completed assignments where the consultant has gained experience in requirements specification for HR systems (e.g., payroll systems, recruitment systems, learning platforms).
      • At least two (2) assignments of practical change management within HR in a larger organization (500+ employees).

        Meritorious

        • Academic or vocational training relevant to the HR field.
        • At least two (2) project management assignments in the public sector or regulatory-driven operations.
        • At least two (2) years of experience with agile and/or iterative working methods.
        • At least two (2) assignments involving market analyses of digital solution types within the HR field.
