Our property portfolio in Brandbergen consists of 2,175 apartments. We are a team of about 20 people with various roles such as area manager, rental agent, property manager, property technician, property caretaker, and environmental caretakers. About the position

In the role of property technician, you will be part of a team that works with repairs and corrective maintenance, as well as general supervision of the properties. The role is social and service-oriented, and you should be able to plan your work and maintain good contacts with tenants, suppliers, and subcontractors. The role also places high demands on structure, digital documentation, and follow-up. Therefore, we expect that you see order and tidiness as a natural component of the job.

Your tasks will include:

• Supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance
• Patrolling inside and around the properties
• Performing repairs and maintenance actions in apartments and common areas
• Addressing repair requests from tenants
• Conducting move-out inspections
• Assisting with the issuing and returning of all keys/access cards and maintaining the key register
• Ensuring that ordered work is completed
• Working with planned maintenance and proactive measures
• Systematic fire protection work, etc.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience working as a property technician or repair technician in real estate, and who has broad practical competence in various repairs. You are generally technically inclined and a skilled problem solver as you will face different tasks to solve every day. We prefer that you have an education focused on property technology or equivalent. Knowledge of appliances in apartments and laundry rooms is highly meritorious. A driver's license (B) is required.
