Working as a nurse at WeMind

We are now expanding the nursing team at WeMind's outpatient clinic in Nacka, which is a quality leader in Swedish outpatient psychiatry, and our most important building block is, of course, our employees. For us, it is important to have a safe and pleasant work environment where every employee has a stimulating work situation and also has fun at work.

You act as a permanent care contact with the task of coordinating care around the patient. You have close follow-up contact with the patients and offer advice and evaluation of ongoing care using self-assessments as a tool.

Main responsibilities:

• Advice, also via phone and chat
• Health conversations
• Follow-up of medication treatment
• Medication distribution and injections
• Care planning
• Annual checks
• Patient and relative education
• Registration in quality registers
• Home visits

Your new workplace

WeMind Nacka & Mobile Psychiatry is a general psychiatric outpatient clinic for patients in need of specialist psychiatric care. From April 2025, the operations will move from WeMind to Region Stockholm.

The organization currently consists of a staff group of about 75 people, including doctors, nurses, psychologists, case managers, social workers, occupational therapists, rehab coordinators, and medical secretaries.

About you

• Specialist nurse in psychiatry or a licensed nurse with at least 2-3 years of experience in inpatient/outpatient psychiatry
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry is an advantage
• Experience with Take Care
• You can handle a fast pace and flexibility when needed while maintaining care quality
• Driver's license B
