About the Position

As a receptionist at Kivra, you will be part of a smaller student pool where you will play an important role in welcoming our visitors and supporting our employees internally at Kivra. You will be part of the Office organization and report to our Office Manager.

Your sense of service and genuine interest in solving the needs of our customers and your colleagues will be combined with careful handling of certain administrative tasks. You need to be able to work approximately 10 - 20 hours spread over two to four shifts a week, with varying lengths. Working hours are scheduled between 07:30 and 17:15 divided into two shifts when our reception is open. Main responsibilities include:

• Staffing the reception and being the first positive contact for visitors and employees at Kivra.

• Providing world-class service to both colleagues and visitors.

• Managing mail and courier services and assisting with other office tasks.

• Ensuring that the reception, kitchen, and office are tidy and representative.

• Preparing meetings, booking, and if necessary, rescheduling conference rooms.

• Ordering lunches, snacks, and office supplies as needed.

• Supporting the Office Manager with internal and external events for Kivra outside the office.

• Taking care of the conference rooms and ensuring that the premises look presentable.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have about two years left in your studies and that you are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
