SAAND Assistans AB operates in personal assistance and escort services. We currently have offices in Botkyrka, Eskilstuna, Södertälje, Västervik, Uppsala, Sundsvall, Värmdö, and Örebro, with the head office in Linköping.

I am a woman in my 50s living in Skarpnäck with my cats. As I use a wheelchair, I need support in my daily life from personal assistants. I speak fluently and can therefore instruct my assistants on what I need help with. We are now looking for someone who is responsible, caring, and flexible, and who wants to work as a personal assistant for me!

You who are applying should be a woman between 35-55 years old. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement. A big plus is if you share my interests in flea markets, cats, flowers, crafting, and baking.

Experience is not a requirement but is meritorious. The most important thing is that our personal chemistry works.

The tasks vary but may include help with practical chores, personal hygiene, meals, medication management, and leisure activities. An important part of the role also involves keeping order and structure in my home, which requires you to be meticulous and have an interest in cleaning and household work.

The position is scheduled for 2-3 shifts a week, mainly between 15-21. It may be possible to have more shifts in the future.

If you are selected, my supervisor will contact you, and the interview will take place at my home in Skarpnäck.

Responsibilities

• Assist me with daily activities such as dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, and help with meals
• Support with household chores, including cleaning, laundry, and cooking
• Organize and maintain order in my home to create a pleasant and functional environment
• Keep notes on my health and well-being
• Support me in leisure activities and other social contexts
• Help with medication management according to prescription

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or as a personal assistant is meritorious but not required
• Empathetic and respectful
• Order and tidiness are important to you, and you enjoy keeping the home clean and organized
• Good ability to communicate and collaborate with others
• Flexible and solution-oriented, as tasks may vary from day to day
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish

Employment rate: 38% with a chance for more hours in the future

Working hours: Scheduled from 08:00-15:00 and 15:00-21:00
