Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, your primary task is to provide support and care to the individual receiving assistance based on their assistance decision and established implementation plan. The tasks are performed based on the individual's influence, participation, and self-determination with attentiveness and respect.

Here you will find a child who needs daily support due to extensive functional variation. The tasks as a personal assistant vary and are primarily carried out in the individual's home. The support includes daily hygiene, dressing and undressing, play, activation, and helping the child do as much as possible of what a child their age normally does.

Working hours include evenings and weekends. During school breaks, additional needs may arise. The working degree is approximately 50%. A collective agreement exists.

Qualifications

It is important that you enjoy and feel comfortable working with people, and that you are flexible and open to new ideas and working methods to meet the needs and wishes of the individual receiving assistance. Your approach towards the user and their family needs to be trustworthy, attentive, and calm.

For the job, sufficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required to perform care documentation, among other tasks. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for the position.
