We are a large paramedical unit with a group of curious, welcoming, engaged, and collaborative employees. Here, experienced health and medical care curators, speech therapists, dietitians, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists are part of the acute geriatric team.

At Capio Geriatrik Dalen, there are approximately 130 care places. All units have present managers and specialist doctors. The care teams work based on a rehabilitative and person-centered approach.

As a curator in geriatric inpatient care, you are expected to have the competence to carry out various forms of qualified social and psychosocial work to promote health and prevent illness. You will work to identify, investigate, assess, implement, and follow up support and treatment measures regarding social and psychosocial needs. You have a holistic perspective that considers physical, mental, social, and existential factors.

You value further education, and teaching staff and supervising students is a natural part of your work. This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with a 30-minute break.

Capio Elderly and Mobile Care practices probationary employment. We conduct a verification of the license (health and medical care curator) and request an extract from the criminal record. This position will be filled on March 1, 2024, or earlier, by agreement. Interviews and hiring may occur before the application deadline.

Requirements: Swedish social work degree. Qualifications: Licensed health and medical care curator. Experience in geriatrics.
