At Södermalm's daily activities, we conduct daily operations according to LSS spread over seven different addresses.

We are part of the Provider Unit at Södermalm's social administration. Stockholm City’s quality program and the focus on Stockholmers form the basis for all the work we do. We are now looking for a support assistant to complement our team at the facility located in beautiful Reimersholme!

We offer

You will be employed at one of the addresses but will be part of the workgroup as a whole with joint APT, staff meetings, planning days, etc. You may also work at other addresses within Södermalm's daily activities as needed. The working hours are scheduled during the daytime on weekdays.

Your role

As a support assistant at Södermalm's daily activities, the LSS law and other legislation within social work serve as the foundation. You will work based on the assignment description for support assistants within the unit. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Following the district's and unit's guidelines, routines, and policies.
• Documenting in Parasol
• Actively participating in staff meetings, APT, and planning days.
• Being a professional health creator
• Working independently and in teams

Your competence and experience

To work as a support assistant at Södermalm's daily activities, you need to have relevant education as a support assistant or equivalent, such as the care program with a focus on LSS. Knowledge in AAC, Low-Arousal Approach, Motivational Interviewing, and autism is an advantage. Knowledge and experience in social documentation are a plus. We prefer that you have previous experience working in daily activities under LSS.

The work is social and involves many contacts with both users' networks and, for example, care, authorities, and other professionals. This means that you should have a very good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We always take references and request an extract from the Police's criminal record before the position is filled.
