AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics has been around since 2003. We are currently established in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Trollhättan, and Örebro. OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics consists of personal assistance, respite care, escorting, housing support, and supported living.

I am a 29-year-old guy who currently lives with my family in Nacka, and starting this spring, I will be moving out on my own and am looking for assistants who would like to work with me in my new home in Värmdö. I have a CP injury since birth but try to live my life as independently as possible. You will accompany me in my daily routines as well as my leisure interests. We will find many fun activities to do together, such as working, training, going out to watch a match, or just staying at home.

I use a wheelchair and have several other aids to facilitate daily life and ensure that everything runs smoothly. I also use the communication tool Tobii. I have assistance around the clock, and your role is to assist me at home, when I am out, and during training or other social contexts.

The position includes day shifts, evening shifts, and night shifts may occur. Both weekdays and weekends, the schedule for spring is still under development. What we know is that the shifts will be a bit longer, either 24-hour or 12-hour shifts.

We are looking for a person who has experience working in care and support. You are calm, friendly, and attentive to fit in with me. We are like a big family with relatives and assistants, and it is important that everything feels good together.

OmsorgsCompagniet cares about the safety of both customers and staff and therefore has a routine of always requesting a criminal record extract from all persons employed by the company. This means that upon employment, we will request a record extract from you before you can start working. The police processing time can be up to two weeks - order your record extract as soon as possible.
