Do you have a passion for participating in and driving large transformations? At Swedbank, you have the opportunity to:

• Participate in one of the most important transformations the bank has ever undertaken, where we are replacing large parts of our applications and infrastructure related to the savings area
• Lead a larger team of employees and consultants responsible for various solution areas and system/business flows that span both outsourced applications and applications managed internally by Swedbank, both within SIA and outside SIA
• Be a key player and spider in the web regarding the progress of large parts of the program, especially the technical platform itself. A significant part of the transformation involves outsourcing to our partner FNZ, and the work with them is primarily driven by this role
• Be responsible for the areas that have already transitioned to management and production

In this role, you need:

• A master's degree or equivalent from a technical university or college
• Solid experience in transformation programs and standardized applications from external suppliers
• An understanding of how to lead within the framework of a change program
• Knowledge in software development of standardized applications
• Experience working agile with Safe as a framework is an advantage. However, we also work to some extent in project form with waterfall-like methodology
• Experience working with outsourced suppliers and services within a management organization is an advantage
• Experience in the savings area, e.g., fund flows, equity/derivative flows, FX, etc., is an advantage
• Experience with Swedbank and Swedbank's product offerings, particularly in the savings area, is valuable
