Are you + Bannerflow = true?

We are launching our first Data and Analytics team to create even morevalue for our users. The team will be crossfunctional with a variety of competencies including a Software Engineer, Business Intelligence Manager a dedicated Product owner and support from our Chief Architect.As a Data Engineer, you will focus on both customer-facing and internal data; everything from impression tracking, and underlying infrastructure to enabling advanced analytics to drive our business forward. As this is a new team and role at Bannerflow, you will have a great opportunity to influence and shape the environment and ways of working moving forward.

So, what are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role

• Expertise in warehouse data modeling and data quality control, supporting both BI portals and other applications

• Capacity to make architectural decisions according to best practices on the warehouse solution

• Proficiency in modern data tools and cloud platforms (e.g., dbt, Snowflake)

• Strong “data for business”-mindset, problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

• Collaborative spirit with a knack for mentoring and coaching team members

• A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices

• It's a plus if you have experienceworking with streaming- and big data!
