Our client is an established consulting company with over 15 years of experience in the industry, working with the latest technologies in Java, .Net, and Frontend. The position is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the role:

• The tasks will vary depending on your skills and interests and may include the development of applications, platforms, and user interfaces in sectors such as Telecom, Medtech, Banking, and Finance.
• Design, implement, and verify new features, as well as deploy them into production.
• Work on tactical and strategic improvements of Java and Spring-based products.
• Design, develop, and test Java-based solutions with the Spring framework, in a containerized environment (e.g., AWS).
• Maintain and update existing server applications.
• Transform software requirements into maintainable and scalable solutions within existing application frameworks.
• Be responsible for the entire product lifecycle: design, development, quality, deployment, maintenance, and support.

We would like you to:

Have at least 5 years of experience in software development, with the majority of the years in Java development and experience working in modern Java frameworks, such as Spring Boot.

• Have experience with a Cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or another cloud platform.

• Have an academic education (YH education is acceptable) in Computer Science or similar.

• No requirement to have worked as a consultant, but the person should be consultative, curious, and engaged, and of course, want to work as a consultant.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
