We are now looking for two Service Managers IT who want to help ensure a stable, modern, and user-friendly IT delivery. Your main areas of responsibility

As a Service Manager IT, you will work in the areas of IT workplace and IT infrastructure. You will be able to influence the content of the work depending on your background and interests. You will have both strategic and operational responsibilities and become a key player in our work to develop and manage IT services.

Long-term development and planning

• Be responsible for the management plan and budget for the services or products you are responsible for.
• Ensure lifecycle management from purchase to decommissioning.
• Identify risks and opportunities to develop the IT environment.

Collaboration and improvement

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement improvements.
• Communicate changes and new working methods clearly with the operations.

Documentation and routines

• Develop and maintain routines and working methods for effective management.
• Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Examples of service areas

• Network and communication: Ensure that our networks are reliable and meet the needs of the operations.
• IT infrastructure and system management: Servers, Operating systems, storage.
• Security and authentication: Manage security solutions and authentication tools.
• Client services: Responsible for workplace solutions such as computers, mobiles, and client applications, including functions such as Active Directory, software distribution, SSO, and telephony functions.
• Cloud-based services: Driving the development and streamlining of systems such as MS365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.

We are looking for you who have

• relevant academic education in IT or other education combined with experience that we assess as equivalent.
• several years of experience in IT management in an outsourced environment or work with an operations provider, as well as experience from using ITIL.
• experience in supplier management and contract follow-up.
• very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have

• experience from a leading position in project work.
• knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU).
• experience in certificate management and domain management.

The positions are located in our IT unit, which consists of an IT manager, four employees, and some consulting assistance with expertise in various IT areas. The unit is part of the operational support department, which consists of about 30 employees in various professions such as HR, finance, and communication. Employment form

Permanent employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start as soon as possible, by agreement.
