We have the privilege of assisting a growing company in fire safety and fire services with an important recruitment.

If you enjoy juggling multiple tasks and being the spider in the web, and have a background in finance with several years of experience, then this is a role that would suit you perfectly.

Who are you? A social person with a background and knowledge in basic finance and accounting, as well as administrative skills with high stress tolerance.

• Documented work experience in finance
  • payroll management, including declarations
  • accounts payable and receivable
  • VAT declarations
  • partial year-end closing
  • Budget and follow-up
  • experience with Visma programs (Visma.net) is an advantage, as well as post-secondary education in finance

• Admin/coordination
  • comfortable with Office 365 programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • social and able to communicate with many different people regularly
  • Has a problem-solving mindset and strives for efficiency

The role: The company has a clear growth plan for the next three years, ranging from system support to the expansion of the sales department and service technicians. The role will relieve the CEO of ongoing financial tasks, but the position is a hybrid role where finance is the main responsibility, but you will also support the rest of the organization with various administrative tasks in different systems. You will gradually take over the overall responsibility for finance and manage purchasing processes.

Short info: The company operates in fire safety and carries out assignments throughout the country, but primarily in Stockholm and Mälardalen. The office, located in fresh and bright premises in Kungens Kurva, currently has about 15 employees. There is always a high ceiling and a good atmosphere among the staff with lots of laughter. The employment is full-time, averaging 40 hours/week with the possibility of flexible working hours.
