Your Responsibilities

As an accounting assistant with our client, you will work independently with accounts payable, and for the right person, there are good development opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

Accounts payable
Scanning and matching invoices
Approval of invoices
Customer payments
Invoicing
Basic bookkeeping
Reconciliations

Your Profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who is newly graduated or has worked as an accounting assistant for a year. For this role, it is a requirement that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and Finnish as you will have ongoing contact both internally and externally with both Finland and Sweden.

As a person, you are social and structured with a strong focus on service. You are engaged in your work and driven by maintaining high quality in your professional role. You thrive in a role with many points of contact and enjoy being part of a close-knit team working towards common goals while having fun along the way!

Success Factors

Relevant education in finance, from college or university
Fluent in Finnish and Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
Experience with similar tasks is an advantage
