Who are we?

Sveaviken PM has developed a completely new management concept inspired by the tourism industry, digital healthcare, and e-commerce, built on a digital ecosystem. In this ecosystem, services and information are integrated in one place, making management very efficient. Through dynamic media, nudging, and AI chatbots, we provide our tenants with service 24/7 and inspire them to prevent issues rather than just solving existing problems. Today, Sveaviken PM manages residential and commercial properties from Lund and Helsingborg in Skåne to Örebro and Norrköping in central Sweden, as well as in several municipalities in the Stockholm area. In 2024/2025, we will also welcome tenants to over two thousand newly built rental apartments.

About the role

As a student, you will have a free and varied job where you independently plan and carry out different types of tasks. Our goal is for you to grow with the company and develop together with us. Initially, you will receive support from your colleagues to gradually perform and take responsibility for tasks more independently. The aim is for you to join us on our development journey, and for the right candidate, there are opportunities for potential employment after graduation. Qualifications

I would like you to be studying a relevant program at KTH, a university, or a vocational school, and I would prefer that you have started your second year of studies. Our goal is for you to follow us throughout your studies.
