 About the position

At PROSWECO, we primarily work with technical status assessments of key equipment within heavy process industries, mainly the pulp industry and power/heat industry, as well as independent damage and failure investigations across several industries. Our sought-after expertise is in materials technology issues and damage mechanisms concerning larger pressure vessels, primarily various types of boilers.

Your main responsibilities

A recurring type of assignment is the inspection of boilers, evaporators, cookers, and larger heat exchangers in the power/heat and pulp industries. During new manufacturing, we perform manufacturing and assembly inspections, and in larger investment projects, we are often involved throughout the project as an advisory party regarding design, material, and quality issues. Our role is to master both the theory and practice at our clients' sites.

 Our office is located on Sveavägen in central Stockholm. The assignments require travel as we have both Swedish and international clients. 

Who are you?

We believe you have an engineering degree and at least 5 years of work experience, preferably from the pulp, power/heat, or other process industries. To thrive in the role, you are independent and driven but also easy to collaborate with. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus. To be successful in your role at PROSWECO, you need to be professional, act with integrity, and take responsibility for your assignments. You have a creative and solution-oriented approach to how you perform your work.
