About the position

As a Property Manager, you will work in a team that aims to best meet the client's objectives and deliver the highest quality in property management. As a Property Manager, you will coordinate technical, administrative, commercial, and financial management of individual properties, with a particular focus on technical management. You will be responsible for the results of both projects and the long-term delivery capacity of the properties.

In this role, you will primarily work with residential properties. As a Property Manager, you will spend a lot of time on-site, meeting your tenants, and it is important that you enjoy interacting with many different types of people.

The portfolio is mixed, with the majority of properties located in central Stockholm and some in nearby suburbs. Many of the properties date back to the late 1800s, where we continuously manage and follow maintenance plans and analyze conditions for increased operating net and NKI. Most tenants have lived there for a long time, making it easy to build rapport over a conversation. Our tenants are our customers, and we work to create a safe living environment, comfort, and community in our areas.

Examples of other responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and develop individual properties and the entire portfolio in the long term
• Be responsible for financial reporting such as budgets, year-end accounts, and forecasts
• Participate in project planning and preparations for new construction and renovation projects
• Write investment decisions and investment calculations

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant post-secondary education, e.g., civil engineer in civil engineering, property engineer, or similar, or equivalent work experience with a technical focus
• Several years of experience in technical management and project management
• Experience in a role with significant customer contact
• Good understanding of property economics
• Strong knowledge of property technology
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in residential management
• Knowledge of rental law
• Experience in contract management including renegotiation and contract writing
