Supply Chain Coordinator
Do you want to be the spider in the web of an international pharmaceutical company in strong growth? Théa Nordic is looking for a driven and solution-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator for its new office in Frösundavik, Stockholm.
Here you will be offered a key role with broad responsibilities where you work to ensure high precision in deliveries and satisfied customers.
About the role
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will have a varied role focused on monitoring and planning inventory volumes based on sales forecasts to ensure that the company's products reach customers and distributors on time and with high quality. The role involves many international contacts, both internally and externally, and you will work closely with the CFO, country managers for the Nordic and Baltic countries, and maintain close dialogue with the French logistics department.
Your main responsibilities:
- Inventory and forecast management: Monitor inventory levels in the Nordics and analyze production forecasts to prevent shortages.
- Logistics and quality work: Collaborate with the French logistics department and contribute to improvements in processes and routines throughout the supply chain.
- Customer and supplier contacts: Maintain dialogue with distributors, wholesalers, and customers to ensure smooth flows.
- Financial administration: Manage Batch certificates, invoicing, credit checks, and support the finance and sales departments as needed.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a similar role with a focus on coordinating work with many contacts, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
- Experience in planning, administration, and/or forecasting work.
- A habit of collaborating in an international environment and with global partners.
- Fluent English in both spoken and written forms.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and good experience working with business systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with financial administrative tasks such as invoicing and credit checks.
- A background in the pharmaceutical industry and/or knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice).

You are structured, solution-oriented, proactive, and used to handling many tasks simultaneously. You thrive in a dynamic and international work environment with many contacts. You take responsibility for your work, enjoy working independently but also value collaboration to achieve common goals. With your analytical skills and drive, you contribute to improvements and long-term success.
