Technician Client Services

We are looking for a knowledgeable and solution-oriented Technician Client Services consultant to be responsible for the development, operation, support, and improvement of Microsoft Windows 10 platforms. In this consulting role, you will provide advanced technical support and work closely with the team to ensure that platforms and applications function optimally.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line support for our client's standard clients (Windows 10/11).
• Create base images and manage operating system distribution.
• Be responsible for platform lifecycle management (Evergreen).
• Collaborate with the team for the delivery of SCCM, core applications, and support infrastructure.
• Support application readiness and the distribution phase within the framework of Evergreen.
• Contribute to the development and support of technical product roadmaps.
• Manage incidents, problems, and critical situations to ensure quick and effective problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Documented experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 platforms, including base image creation and OS distribution.
• Knowledge of platform lifecycle management (Evergreen).
• Experience with SCCM, as well as delivery and support of core applications and infrastructure.
• Experience managing incidents, problem management, and critical incidents.
• Ability to work in a team and proactively manage technical product roadmaps.
