About the Position

As a process operator at our client in the pharmaceutical industry, you will work with planning, preparing, and executing the weighing of raw materials according to governing and reporting documents. In this role, you will ensure that raw material handling and production follow established guidelines from a safety perspective according to the methods in place at the client. You will strive to create the most efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable production process possible. The workplace is located in Brunna, Kungsängen. The working hours are full-time and are scheduled on a 2-shift basis, but possibly also on a 5-shift basis.

This position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Adecco but leased to the client.

Responsibilities

As a process operator, your tasks will include:

Planning, preparing, and executing the weighing of raw materials.
Maintaining, cleaning, and handling equipment, materials, and facilities.
Participating in the investigation of deviations in the department.
Contributing to improvement efforts.
Performing checks and documenting.
Assisting in establishing and developing governing documents and instructions.

We are looking for someone who has:

Completed upper secondary education
Previous experience in industry/production and process industry; experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of GMP is an advantage
Experience working in a cleanroom environment is an advantage

About You

We are looking for someone with an interest in problem-solving, the ability to take initiative, logical thinking, and social skills. You should not be afraid to work physically and with monotonous tasks. Experience with documentation, troubleshooting, and handling machinery is an advantage. Since assignments with our clients often involve reading manuals and instructions in both Swedish and English, good reading comprehension is also required. Experience in pharmaceutical production is an advantage.
