Responsibilities

Intelligent Automation is Söderberg & Partners' Center of Excellence in new technology. We support the entire group including all business areas and all countries with groundbreaking technical solutions. Our work is based both on requests from the business and on our own initiatives.

You will drive projects and build solutions across the entire group. You will gradually take responsibility for larger parts of the projects, from requirements gathering and ideas to implementation and control. This involves practical development primarily using Python, Databricks, SQL, noSQL, and Azure. We also frequently use other tools and technologies relevant to data management and analysis, especially within ETL/ELT processes. Furthermore, you will handle communication with stakeholders in the group, which is why we are looking for someone who is communicative and outgoing and driven by working with people. We welcome your suggestions for solutions and initiatives for new projects. Developing your skills in various technologies is also part of the role, and we actively seek new technologies that create value for the entire group and new business opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

• Structured and solution-oriented with ease in collaborating and managing various contacts within the organization.
• Have a strong personal drive to tackle new issues, develop, and learn, especially within new technology and data management.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable, robust, and secure data solutions on Azure, including Databricks and ETL/ELT processes.
• Actively worked on creating and maintaining effective data models and schemas.
• A person who can optimize data solutions to ensure high performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Experience in ensuring best practices and compliance within Azure architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, preferably Azure DevOps.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
