About the Role

As an automation engineer, your main tasks will be to program customer-specific applications on various PLC, HMI, and SCADA/DCS platforms as well as associated communication systems. You will participate in projects from start to finish, which means you will be involved in everything from solution proposals during the sales phase to commissioning and support at the customer's site. You will work with customers in our focus areas of water, environment, energy, and manufacturing industries throughout Sweden, which means travel is required for this position.

Some common tasks include:

• Programming and configuring PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Participating in projects from start to finish, testing, and commissioning.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Traveling to customer facilities for installation and commissioning.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a relevant education and several years of experience in automation. You are structured, self-driven, and have the ability to push projects forward. With your positive attitude and solution-oriented approach, you find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and customers. Your creativity allows you to find new ways to solve complex problems. To meet our customers' requirements in the public sector, it is important that you can communicate in Swedish, both written and spoken.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in automation
• Experience in PLC programming
• Experience working with HMI and SCADA systems.
• Driver's license (B)
