Your responsibilities

You will be part of an accounts receivable team of 4 people, and your tasks will include:

Registration of new customers
Customer payments
Handling reminders, collection assignments, settlement negotiations, bankruptcies
Invoicing of late payment interest
Reconciliation of accounts receivable and related balance accounts
Reserving doubtful receivables
Aging analysis
Customer-related follow-ups and analyses
Credit assessments of new and existing customers
Administration of ROT/RUT/Green Technology deductions
Development and support
Supporting accounts payable as needed

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with several years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a larger company. You should be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You possess good skills in Excel and have a good understanding of systems. Previous experience with Navision 4PS is considered a merit.

As a person, you are development-driven and service-oriented with good prioritization skills. You are willing to take initiatives while also thriving as part of a team and a broad network of contacts, both internally and externally. You have an eye for improvement opportunities and efficiency and enjoy working in a changing environment.

Success factors

Several years of experience in similar tasks
Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English in speech and writing are required
Interest in systems, with good Excel skills
Previous experience with Navision 4PS is considered a merit
Detail-oriented, proactive, service-minded, and communicative
