At M3 Logistics AB, we take pride in supporting the logistics chain of 45 customers through efficient warehousing and picking and packing of goods. M3 Logistics AB is positioned as a premium player in the logistics market, serving customers who demand that little extra.

M3 Logistics AB is located in the Länna industrial area just south of Stockholm.

We are now looking for you to become our new customer service representative, handling many operational matters daily.

Overview of the role:

As part of our customer service team, you play a central role in our operations. Our customers and our staff mean everything, and you will sit as a link in between.

Your responsibilities include:

• Administration of customer service-related matters that are not directly handled by the warehouse supervisors.

• Daily contact via phone, email, and meetings with our customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Assisting in the overall planning of our daily operations.

To thrive, we believe you have:

• Good administrative skills as handling warehouse management systems, Excel, and email is part of the daily work.

• An appreciation for communication and an understanding that a coin always has two sides.

• A responsive nature with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work in a constantly changing environment.

• An interest in learning about personnel management in some form.

• Good language skills in Swedish and English, as these languages are used daily in contact with customers and suppliers.

• Familiarity with the warehouse management system Ongoing is a plus, but not a requirement.

The work takes place on-site in Länna, as warehousing and logistics is a very hands-on operation.

Along the way, there are good opportunities for the interested to:

• Prepare for the annual employee reviews together with the operational manager.

• Take greater responsibility for much of the personnel planning.

• Initiate, implement, and evaluate improvement projects, large and small, in the operations together with our own staff as well as customers.

• Gain insight into how the business economics fit together.

M3 Logistics AB is a privately owned company and is part of 3PM-Gruppen AB. The headquarters and logistics property are located in Länna, southern Stockholm. Approximately 25 people work on-site. The business has a strong financial standing.

The position is full-time with a fixed monthly salary, start date by agreement.
