About the position

As a claims advisor at Bilia's body shop, the central task is to work with service, customer interaction, and advice. Your responsibilities include handling customer bookings such as service and administrative tasks. You will work according to the claims process, which involves receiving customers, scheduling appointments, booking rental cars for customers, invoicing, damage inspections, calculating estimates for insurance companies, and handing over vehicles. You will also be responsible for planning work in Cabplan for each Damage Technician.

Your profile

We need someone who has knowledge of cars and car repairs. We prefer that you have experience working as a claims estimator/claims advisor, mechanic, or damage repair technician and have a good understanding of all processes in the workshop. Automotive technical education and documented experience in the automotive industry are highly meritorious.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a good sense of service and the mindset to always see solutions. You strive to create good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Since the tasks are many and involve some planning and administration, it is important that you can prioritize and be structured and meticulous in your work approach. A requirement is experience working with Cabas as well as using a phone and computer as work tools.

A B driver's license is required, and you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
