Garden Workers Wanted – Värmdö and Nacka

We are now looking for dedicated and responsible garden workers for assignments with one of our client companies! This position is suitable for those who enjoy working outdoors, have a good ability to work independently, and appreciate varied work environments.

Start: April–August.Working hours: 07:00–16:00.Scope: Part-time, as agreed.Location: Värmdö and Nacka.

Job Responsibilities:

You will work with the establishment and maintenance of gardens, primarily for private individuals but also for housing associations and companies.

Examples of job tasks:

• Pruning of shrubs and hedges.
• Maintenance of lawns and plants.
• Assisting in the laying of patios, terraces, and decks.
• Independent projects where you are responsible for the entire work from start to finish.

The workplaces are varied and may change from day to day, but the work is mainly in the areas of Värmdö, Nacka & Ingarö.

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong sense of responsibility and is engaged in their work.
• Enjoys physical work and working outdoors.
• Can work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Has a natural ability to take instructions and learn new things.
• Has common sense and a feel for machinery – this is a merit.

No formal education in gardening is required, but previous experience in similar work is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Completed high school education.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Class B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Relevant vocational training in gardening, construction, electrical, or plumbing is advantageous.
