There is now an opening to start working at EnterCard! We are looking for an economics and service-oriented employee for their customer service. Here you will be welcomed to a stimulating workplace in central Stockholm where you will work in a team of engaged colleagues in a customer service with a total of 30 agents. This is an exciting opportunity for you who are passionate about helping people and communicating with customers, and want to combine this with developing within economics and financing solutions. EnterCard is owned by Swedbank and Barclays Bank, thus belonging to one of the largest banking groups in Scandinavia.

At the start, you will receive comprehensive training for two weeks and be introduced to your tasks in the best way. This is initially a consulting assignment for 6 months with the ambition and great chances that you will then be over-recruited to EnterCard! Therefore, you should see this as something long-term to be qualified for the position.

Responsibilities in the role:

• Answer incoming calls from both private and bank customers via phone
• Respond to inquiries regarding credit and banking matters
• Guide customers and inform them about EnterCard's products

Profile we are looking for:

• Completed high school education
• Interest in economics and a desire to work in banking
• Experience in service and helping customers
• Experience in customer service via phone is strongly meritorious
• You spread positive energy and enjoy working in a team
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English in speech & writing, other language skills are a plus

We are primarily looking for you with the right personality and attitude. You are passionate about service and have a general interest in economics and see this position as an opportunity to develop. As a person, you are reliable, humble, and driven. You must be free from criminal records and payment remarks. We will conduct a background check on the final candidate for the position.

Working as a consultant at The Wofi As a consultant with us, you will receive an employment with contractual terms regarding vacation, salary, pension, sick leave, overtime work, etc. You will also be assigned a responsible mentor at The Wofi who is available throughout the contract period to ensure that you are happy at work and act as a sounding board and advisor when needed.
