Economics Student Wanted for Part-Time Assignment in Real Estate Sector

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client develops and manages premises that make a difference for their tenants. Today, our client's premises are located in areas such as Högdalen, Veddesta, Upplands-Bro, Uppsala, Enköping, Västerås, Flen, and Eskilstuna. The goal of the organization is to always seek the best solution for their tenants and tailor their rental premises to their needs, not only to optimize efficiency and profitability but also to enhance comfort and job satisfaction. They place great emphasis on sustainability and social responsibility in the community by, among other things, only purchasing green electricity and replacing old oil boilers with district heating to reduce environmental impact, lower heating costs, and ensure good functionality at the same time.

Currently, there are 55 people working within the organization, and you will belong to the finance department where several accountants are already working. Your main tasks will be to support the handling of supplier invoices with the responsible manager. It is important that you, as an applicant, have the flexibility to support the team during the first and second week of the month due to an increased flow of invoices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Manage supplier invoices
  • Contact with property managers, technicians, and suppliers
  • Ad hoc tasks

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Are studying economics at a university or vocational school and have at least 2 years left of your studies
  • Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is used daily in the job
  • Have previous experience of similar tasks
  • Have good system skills

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Previous experience with ERP systems
  • Previous work experience in a similar position and all related tasks

Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or self-learning.
