Are you a lawyer ready to make a difference? We need more lawyers who can think creatively and contribute to the development of Försäkringskassan. We currently have 6 process leaders in the Department of Sickness Insurance located in Stockholm and Malmö. We are now expanding our operations and need to grow.

Negotiations, legal issues, feedback As a process leader in the Department of Sickness Insurance, you represent Försäkringskassan in social insurance cases in administrative courts and administrative courts of appeal. In collaboration with the department's legal experts, you will appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court. The work involves both written handling and oral negotiations in administrative courts. As a process leader, you participate in various preparations of referrals. You also work with feedback to different operational areas within Försäkringskassan.

In the role of process leader, you handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong sense of security to work with us.

We are looking for someone who

• has a law degree
• is qualified as a notary or has equivalent competence, such as other court experience or experience in review and/or appeal processes within government agencies
• has good collaboration skills and can act on their own initiative
• is proactive and takes responsibility for high-quality results
• has a systematic and meticulous working method
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• communicates clearly, concisely, and structured.

It is advantageous if you

• have current experience with court processes in social insurance cases
• have good knowledge of administrative procedural law and social insurance law.
