About the role

As a fee and rent manager, you will be responsible for the administration of rents and fees, registration of transfers, local contracts, and rental of garages and parking spaces for our clients, who are private property owners and housing associations. You will primarily be in contact with property owners, housing association boards, as well as residents, real estate agents, and banks.

You will be part of a team of 20 people who work together to answer customer inquiries via phone, case management systems, and in the digital customer portal. The team collaborates closely with our customer service, economists, and property managers, as well as with other colleagues in the organization who work in areas such as technology and law. To take on the role, we see that you have an education in economics or have worked in a similar role before where you also have experience in a customer-facing role. Furthermore, you have good experience working in business systems as well as case management systems; it is advantageous to have worked in Unit4/PM as well as having good knowledge of Excel. Some legal understanding (housing and rental laws) is a plus but not a requirement. In addition to the above, we also see that you have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
