We are looking for a receptionist for a bank in Stockholm City for an assignment of approximately 1-3 months.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of receptionist, the common thread is to ensure really good service to visitors. This includes work in the reception as well as in the conference areas. You are a spider in the web and help where needed - your day is very varied and determined by the day's needs.

You will work on-site at the office in central Stockholm, during the day from Monday to Friday. You are responsible for being welcoming to visitors and providing them with the help and service they need. Furthermore, you handle mail, administer access cards, book meeting and conference rooms, and ensure they are in top condition. You may also assist in ensuring that simpler technology and furnishings are in order before meetings.

The reason for the flexible need of 1-3 months is an ongoing recruitment process, where the bank needs to ensure they have someone on-site until the recruitment is complete.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Language: Fluent in Swedish in speech and writing and can communicate in English to receive and provide visitors of different nationalities with a good reception
Is available immediately in January for assignment start
Has experience in customer service and a good understanding of customer interaction - you are passionate about going the extra mile
