As an Administrative Specialist, you will be an important part of our team. You will work broadly and handle everything from transport bookings and invoicing to claims management and order placement. You enjoy managing many tasks simultaneously and collaborating with multiple contacts, both within and outside the organization.

:

• Customer service and handling inquiries via email and phone.
• Plan and book transports within various systems.
• Order management and invoicing.
• Claims management and follow-up of logistics flows.
• Warehouse administration.
• Customs handling and driver reception.
• Purchasing of consumables.
• Reporting of deviations according to procedures.
• Follow-up against set KPIs.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in administrative work, preferably within logistics or transport planning.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• The ability to prioritize and a good analytical ability.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things.
• Experience with business systems and the ability to see alternative solutions is highly meritorious.
