About the roleAs a consultant in accounts receivable, you will be an important part of our clients' finance departments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer payments, reconciliations, and reporting. You will also contribute to creating and maintaining an effective and accurate accounts receivable management system that provides a smooth experience for both customers and colleagues.

Your future tasksIn the role of accounts receivable consultant, you will:

• Ensure correct handling of customer invoices and payments in the company's financial system.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and send reminders to ensure payments are made according to agreed terms.
• Perform ongoing reconciliations between accounts receivable and the general ledger to maintain accurate bookkeeping.
• Communicate with customers to handle inquiries, payment discrepancies, and build good customer relationships.
• Create reports and analyses related to customer payments and accounts receivable.
• Contribute to improving and streamlining processes within accounts receivable management.
• Document and archive relevant customer invoices and payment documents.

We are looking for someone whois an experienced finance professional with strong skills in accounts receivable and administration. You need to be meticulous, self-driven, and service-oriented to fit into the role.

• Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial work.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Good experience working in financial systems.
• Desirable
  • Experience with Medius Flow.
  • Experience with Dynamics.

You have an eye for detail and are structured in your work approach. As a person, you enjoy providing first-class service and working independently, while also having a desire to contribute to the team's success.

Additional information

• Start: Immediately, at most within a month.
• Location: Stockholm.
• Scope: Full-time (100%).
• Employment form: Consulting assignment for at least three months with the possibility of extension.
