Temporary Physiotherapist to Unique Assessment Assignment in Nacka

Do you want to further develop in your professional life and try a different assignment? We are looking for a physiotherapist who wants to use their professional knowledge from a different perspective.

One of our physiotherapists will soon go on parental leave, and we are therefore looking for a substitute.

If you want a flexible job with the opportunity to develop together with other professions, appreciate working independently but close to a team when needed, and enjoy analyzing and formulating your analyses in writing, this is for you!

We conduct activity capacity assessments (AFU) on behalf of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and with us, you would work together with experienced specialist doctors, medical secretaries, psychologists, and occupational therapists to make an assessment with the insured at the center. You would be part of a group of three to four full-time physiotherapists.

Since the clinic started in 2020, we have worked to continuously increase the quality of our assessments and working methods. We are now looking forward to a new phase where we expand our operations with double the number of assessments, new premises, and more colleagues to develop with. We actively work for a good working environment and see the strength in each employee developing individually as well as in the group. We have an unpretentious learning environment where we have fun together. We can offer a flexible job with the possibility of remote work and a generous wellness offer. Here you can read more about us Insurance Medical Assessment Clinic (https://www.slso.sll.se/)

We are looking for someone with an interest in assessment work and evaluation of activity capacity. You have experience in the profession, can work independently, and have good collaboration skills. You should enjoy structure and be able to work according to predetermined methods and time frames. You have a professional approach and see a good response to colleagues as well as patients as a given. Furthermore, we believe that you are quality-conscious and responsive to the needs of the business. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, and we value personal qualities such as good collaboration skills, constructiveness, flexibility, and a willingness to develop.

Job Responsibilities

The work involves conducting standardized tests, analyzing results and observations during the assessment, and compiling the analysis into a statement. The tasks are clearly defined for the assessment of activity capacity where you work according to a structured method (USUFF), and no medical assessments or treatments are performed. The individuals we meet have a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, all of whom are of working age.

In addition to assessment work, we actively work at the clinic level with various quality initiatives largely based on employee initiatives.

To work with us, you need to have completed a 2-day AFU training course organized by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. If you do not have this already, you will need to take the training before or in connection with starting work.

Qualifications

  • Meritorious: Experience in conducting and/or analyzing the results of standardized tests and previous assessment work preferably within activity capacity/work capacity.
