We are now looking for a consultant to take on the role of Compliance Officer for an interim assignment in connection with an ongoing recruitment process. The Compliance department consists of nine employees responsible for ensuring compliance within the banking group's four licensed companies. The tasks include, among others:

• Identifying and assessing risks related to non-compliance.
• Conducting control activities in accordance with the established annual plan.
• Supporting the development and change of services and products.
• Reviewing and evaluating new or amended regulations affecting the business.
• Informing the CEO, management, and board about identified risks and deviations in compliance.
• Providing advice and support to the business on issues related to regulations and compliance.

Tasks related to money laundering and financing of terrorism are handled by other employees in the department, with whom the consultant is expected to collaborate.

• Hold a law degree or business law education with at least five years of experience in legal advice, compliance, or a similar role.
• Have in-depth knowledge and practical experience in fund operations.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a very good ability to formulate written documents.
• Work independently based on the department's established routines and processes.
• Have a pronounced ability to collaborate and strong communication skills.
• Have experience reporting to the CEO, management team, and board.
• Be a person who inspires trust and acts with high integrity and professionalism in their work.
