About the role:

At Vårdförbundet, you will have the chance to independently create engaging text, images, and video content that is published across all our channels. You have a knack for understanding which communication fits best in each channel and can quickly transform complex messages into interesting and compelling content for our target audiences.

You will be part of our new Member Communication section, where you, together with a manager and five colleagues, create inspiring and engaging communication for our members. Your role also includes strategically and practically guiding others in the organization in the design of communicative content.

You will lead and participate in various development projects together with colleagues in the section and/or with other parts of the organization.

Your background and experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in media and communication studies or equivalent education at the post-secondary level
• At least five years of experience in strategic and operational communication
• Documented experience in recently producing and editing text, images, and video material for web, newsletters, social media, and print
• Documented experience of successful project management
• Extensive knowledge of tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, web publishing, and editing tools for social media
• Experience in designing and packaging communicative initiatives
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish

Meritorious

• Experience in marketing and sales
• Experience in opinion formation and advocacy work
• Experience in strategic and operational communication in occupational health, labor market, and/or societal issues
