Our first interior design project saw the light of day in 1975. Today, Senab is one of the leading suppliers of furniture and interior design for offices, showrooms, hotels, restaurants, schools, universities, healthcare, and social services in the Nordic region.

Common to all projects we deliver is that the interior solution should help strengthen the client's identity, create a functional environment, and contribute to creating comfort and development. We are responsible for the entire process – which means we assist our clients with interior proposals or entire interior concepts, purchasing, delivery, assembly, and furnishing.

In the role of Business Controller, you are an operational, strategic, and self-driven person who is motivated to contribute to following up and developing our business in sales, sustainability, logistics, and purchasing. You will primarily support regional managers, the sales manager, the CEO, and the CFO both in ongoing projects and in performance monitoring and profitability issues.

You work closely with the organization and are driven to develop processes and ways of working, thereby contributing to Senab's success in achieving its overall goals.

The controller position is broad and varied, but the main tasks consist of:

• Analysis and follow-up of sales and completed projects
• Analysis and follow-up of data related to sustainability reporting
• Preparation of decision-making materials related to purchasing and inventory
• Support in the preparation and follow-up of budgets and forecasts
• Support the business in calculating larger offers and bids
• Improve analysis, follow-up, routines, and processes as well as development of BI tools
• Responsible for and develop reports and key figures to steer the business
• Support the company's management and responsible managers with decision-making materials and ad hoc analyses
• Lead and coordinate projects within controlling and finance

In this role, you will report to the CFO.

Your profile

To thrive with us, we believe you are curious, responsible, communicative, and have an easy time collaborating. We see that you are analytical, have an eye for detail, but at the same time keep the big picture in focus. You are unpretentious with a strong commitment to the company's development and a desire to help create success. We prefer that you have previous experience from various types of businesses.

We see that you have an academic degree in finance, 2-5 years of work experience, preferably with a background from consulting or larger auditing firms and/or from controlling. You have good knowledge of the Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel, and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position is a permanent employment (we apply a 6-month probationary period)

Start date of the position according to agreement

We are affiliated with the collective agreement between Unionen and Svensk Handel
