Work as an Accounts Receivable Associate at Webhallen

We are now looking for a meticulous and driven team member for our accounts receivable at Webhallen. You will be part of our lovely Finance team of nine people and report to the Head of Accounting.

The role involves (among others):

Invoicing and follow-up of accounts receivable
Handling payments and reconciling accounts receivable
Reminder and collection management
Monthly and yearly closing work related to accounts receivable
Collaboration with other departments at Webhallen to ensure smooth financial processes

What you need to succeed in the role:

You have experience in accounts receivable or similar financial work
Are meticulous, responsible, committed, humble, and have a high work capacity
Self-driven and accustomed to structuring your own work
Used to working in companies undergoing change and thrive in it
Have good Excel skills and experience with financial systems. Knowledge of IFS is a plus.
Are a problemsolver and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Have good communication skills in both Swedish and English
