Stenungsund municipality is an expanding coastal municipality with approximately 27,800 inhabitants, a strong business community, residential environments close to the sea, and good communication opportunities. The municipality is organized into an administration with four sectors. The Social Services sector includes 4 activities; special housing/municipal health and medical care, individual and family care, ordinary housing/personal assistance, and disabilities.
Health and care are responsible for elderly care in Stenungsund municipality. Home care services are governed by law and primarily regulated by the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HsL). With a focus on people, interventions are carried out through assistance to individuals in need of help and support at home, special accommodations, temporary need for short-term stays, and personal assistance. All instances in the chain contribute to a qualitative and safe health and care for our care recipients.

Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for a coordinator with expertise in scheduling and planning. To succeed in our mission, we are looking for a coordinator who shares our enthusiasm in delivering a safe, secure, and high-quality care to our care recipients along with smart planning for our many employees.
The role of the coordinator involves assisting the unit manager in primarily managing scheduling in Time Care Planning for optimal staffing and being an administrative and practical support in several other matters. The daily work also includes responsibility for Lifecare planning for our care recipients.
We are looking for someone who is stimulated by working in constant improvement. You have the desire to grow, contribute to the development of the business, and think innovatively. You need an understanding of the business and the ability to have a holistic perspective. Furthermore, you need to have a methodical and structured way of working with a focus on details.

Qualifications
We see that you have good knowledge of working in elderly care and completed high school education. It is a merit if you have a vocational education or other equivalent education with a focus on, for example, administration, personnel/behavioral scientist.
A requirement for this position is that you have worked with scheduling and planning, preferably in Time Care and Lifecare. You have the ability to collaborate and communicate with care recipients, relatives, and colleagues and have a professional approach.
Ability to take responsibility for your tasks and work independently.
Easy to adapt to different/changed conditions and handle stressful situations.
A positive attitude towards work and act in accordance with decisions made.
Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing as well as good knowledge of the Office package.
It is a merit if you have previous experience working as a coordinator. Likewise, if you have worked in the systems Self-service HR/Payroll (Personec), Agresso, Winst, and TimeCare as well as SAMSA.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
The work is scheduled daytime Monday-Friday.
